What information will I receive regarding my life insurance coverage?
The information that you receive will vary depending on the type of life insurance you have purchased.

Universal Life Insurance Policyholders will receive an annual statement that includes information such as the premiums paid, dates on which they were paid, policy expenses, cash accumulation, and loan information, if applicable. This information is current as of the date the report was generated. These statements are mailed approximately 60 days after each policy anniversary, and they should be kept with the policy.

Who should I contact if I have not received my policy/certificate?
If you do not receive your policy/certificate within three months of the issue date, a new policy/certificate can be issued without charge. In some cases, we will instead provide you with a verification of coverage at no charge.
