ING Employee Benefits offers Accident Insurance, which provides a base of protection to assist the employee and their covered family members if they meet any of the conditions described in the policy as the result of injuries received in a covered accident. Benefits are provided for Initial Care, Accident Hospital Care, Follow-Up Care, Common Injuries, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (including catastrophic accidents). The Off Job Disability Income Rider, which is available for employees only, pays a monthly disability income benefit for off job covered accidents. Our Sickness Hospital Confinement Rider pays a daily benefit for hospital confinement because of a covered sickness. The Wellness Benefit Rider pays an annual benefit of $50 per certificate for named health screen tests.
This is a limited benefit policy. There is no coverage for hospital, medical-surgical or major medical expenses.
