The Basic A EAP plan includes all the core features listed above plus up to 3 telephonic counseling sessions per issue. - Basic B Plan
The Basic B EAP plan includes all the core features listed above, up to 3 telephonic counseling sessions and 3 face-to-face counseling sessions per issue.
Employers always have the option to purchase Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Services in the case of a sudden, unexpected and traumatic event. These specialized on-site services are delivered at an added fee that is not part of the monthly premium.
