ING Employee Benefits helps enhance the life insurance plan through additional protection in the event of the accidental death of the employee, or the loss of limbs or sight. AD&D provides added insurance coverage, above and beyond that of the associated basic and supplemental term life insurance plan, if the employee is killed or maimed in a covered accident.  Family coverage is also available.  Additional benefits are also available for employers to customize their AD&D plan.
